Our Mission Call

Our mission is to serve those who do not fit the status quo. Our prayer is to the gods of rationality and tolerance. Our hope is in the arm of flesh and the hands of our chosen family. Our faith is in the courage of those who speak truth to power. Our truth is earned through tears. Our lives are lived but once. Our shelves are made to be broken. And if all that isn’t worth making art about…

Join the Revolution – Support A Lost Cause

Making art is hard enough – and it’s even harder to when you’ve been actively opposed by your community. Help us continue to share our unique voice and keep this safe space alive for those that feel like they have none. Any little bit helps.

They’d Like to Bear Their Testimonies

The Museum and Gallery of Misfit Art is a haven for creativity and self-expression. I found healing in the artwork and stories on display.

Emma Thompson

As an art enthusiast, I was blown away by the unique and thought-provoking pieces at the Misfit Art gallery. A must-visit for anyone looking for a different perspective on art, especially if you’re stuck in Provo for a day.

John Smith

The Irene’s Entropy project touched my heart and opened my eyes to the strength of real women. It’s a powerful exhibit that will leave you inspired and empowered.

Michael Johnson

This so called art was neither honest, praiseworthy, nor of good report. It only strengthened my testimony and thus failed its pathetic mission to deceive. Shame on all the artists involved except whoever did the trolls, I liked those.
